Chandler Macleod is seeking a AM Dockhand / Forklift Driver with an MR Licence to join our client's busy transport and logistics team in Morwell. This is a casual ongoing role working in a fast-paced freight setting, helping ensure freight is sorted, loaded, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Shift Details

n

Monday to Friday

n

6 am start, minimum 4 hour shifts

n

Potential for longer hours and overtime going forward for the right candidate.

n

About the Role

n

You will play a key role in the daily operations of the depot, safely handling freight and assisting with loading and unloading vehicles to ensure deliveries run on time.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Sort freight for efficient routing and delivery
n
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
n
- Move consignments safely within the depot
n
- Assist with opening, closing,



and sealing trailers
n
- Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain smooth workflow
n

About You

n

n
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
n
- Minimum MR Licence (essential)
n
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (NPC)
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse or transport environment (desirable)
n
- Ability to safely and efficiently load/unload vehicles with a forklift
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
