About the Role

n

This is a hands-on Internal Sales role for someone who enjoys a busy environment, solving problems, and helping customers.

n

You'll be responsible for preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring every customer receives prompt, accurate and professional service.

n

quote and order is an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships and reinforce the reputation we've worked hard to build.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
n
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
n
- Build strong relationships with builders, carpenters, and trade customers.
n
- Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.
n
- Work closely with our warehouse and despatch teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
n
- Support the external sales team with pricing, product information, and order management.
n
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within our ERP system.
n

About You

You'll be someone who:

- Has previous Internal Sales experience within the timber, building materials, hardware, or construction supply industry.
n
- Communicates confidently and professionally.
n
- Is organised, reliable, and has exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Works well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
n
- Takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys solving problems.
n
- Genuinely enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
n
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the workplace.
