In this role you will:

n

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.
n
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service.
n
- Complete training in reception processes, booking procedures, invoicing,



and warranty claims.
n
- Acquire knowledge of our manufacturer service options, processes, and warranty procedures.
n
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete necessary repairs.
n
- Prepare repair orders, invoices, and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
n
- Update the customer and warranty databases as required.
n
- Communicate with customers, providing information and time-frames regarding their vehicles.
n
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure warranty claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
n
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

No experience in needed for this Role as all training will be provided. this is a perfect entry level position for anyone wanting to step into an automotive industry administration role.

n

Basic experience in a previous customer service role is an advantage.

n

Capable IT skills and the ability to work with multiple programs.

n

Confidence in dealing with customers and good communication skills.

n

The ability to work in and support a busy, diligent team.

n

The ability to prioritise tasks and seek assistance where necessary.

n

A current, valid driver's license.

n

Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential. We will provide training for the right candidate.
