About the Role

This is a diverse role that combines marketing, business development and customer engagement. No two days are the same.

n

You will work closely with the directors to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and building meaningful business relationships.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Marketing

n

n
- Manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.
n
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, graphics and customer stories.
n
- Coordinate Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
n
- Write email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
n
- Assist with website updates and SEO initiatives.
n
- Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
n
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and community sponsorships.
n

Business Development

n

n
- Develop relationships with new commercial, strata and real estate clients.
n
- Follow up leads and identify current business opportunities.
n




- Assist with tender submissions and capability statements.
n
- Attend networking events and represent the business professionally.
n
- Maintain our CRM and customer database.
n
- Help implement systems that improve customer retention and repeat business.
n

Brand & Customer Experience

n

n
- Ensure our branding remains professional and consistent.
n
- Support customer communication and follow-up campaigns.
n
- Coordinate online reviews and customer testimonials.
n
- Assist in developing new ideas to improve the customer journey.
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in marketing, business development or a similar role.
n
- Is confident communicating with people both over the phone and face to face.
n
- Is highly organised and can manage multiple projects.
n
- Has solid written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Is creative and enjoys developing new ideas.
n
- Has experience with social media and digital marketing.
n
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
n
- Wants to grow with a successful business.
n

Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms or CRM systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
