Responsibilities
n
n
- Providing strategic commercial and legal advice on major infrastructure projects across transport, renewables, and resources.
n
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts.
n
- Drafting precedent suites of commercial agreements relevant to the infrastructure market.
n
- Providing advice on contractual dispute resolution procedures.
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
- Ideally a minimum of 5-8 years PQE gained either from a renowned private practice or an in‐house organisation.
n
- Experience advising on complex transactions, with exposure to project delivery issues.
n
- In‐depth understanding of construction law and contracts.
n
- Experience with commercial policies and identifying key risks within contracts.
n
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines.
n
- A pro‐active and commercial approach to projects and workloads.
n
