As we enter our next phase of growth our requirement for additional accounts support is expanding.

The Role

n

Reporting directly to our Finance Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. This is a hands‐on, on‐site position.

Your main responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
- Managing bank feeds, bank and credit card reconciliations
n
- Payment gateway Stripe reconciliations
n




- Provide comprehensive ledger maintenance and transaction support to the Finance Manager
n

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

n
- High proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite
n
- Experience working with Stripe payment gateway
n
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
n
- Available to work full time on‐site at our cellar door in picturesque McLaren Vale, Monday to Friday during standard office hours
