About the Role

n

This is not a traditional reception or admin role.

n

As a Student Success Officer, you are a key steward of the student experience - guiding enrolments, coordinating communication, supporting academic delivery, and ensuring that every student and family feels informed, supported, and confident.

n

You will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and senior leadership, with clear opportunities to upskill and progress into senior Student Success or Operations roles.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors
n
- Manage student enquiries, recruitment, enrolments, and records with precision
n
- Coordinate timetables, consultations, assessments, and campus events
n
- Support smooth communication between students, families, teachers,



and managers
n
- Provide accurate guidance on academic programs and pathways
n
- Assist with student success initiatives, marketing activities, and community engagement
n
- Contribute to daily campus operations and continuous improvement initiatives
n

Work Hours

n

n
- Monday - Friday: Between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (based on operational needs)
n
- Saturday - Sunday: Between 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (based on operational needs)
n
- Flexible arrangements available for full-time, part-time, or casual staff
n

n

What We Offer

n

n
- Full-time salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (experience-based)
n
- Part-time / Casual: $26 - $32 per hour
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in student services, administration, or customer service
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (multilingual ability highly regarded)
n
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Confident with MS Office and student management / database systems
n
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
n
- Genuine commitment to student success and organisational excellence
n
- Valid Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or appropriate visa)
n
