Production Operators - 12-Hour, Fixed Shift

Lipa Pharmaceuticals is Australia's leading manufacturer of complementary medicines, specialising in vitamins, pharmaceuticals, and health food supplements. We have the capacity to produce a wide range of products including tablets, hard and soft capsules, liquids, powders, creams, gels, and probiotics.

We are seeking motivated Softgel Production Operators, to join our operation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
n
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns
n
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
n
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous Softgel manufacturing or production experience preferred
n




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Ability to work 12-hour fixed shift, on a continuing four week roster.
n
