Six Degrees Executive is partnering with a well-established agribusiness to recruit an Operations Manager for their Mackay operation. This hands-on role leads day-to-day site operations, including production, logistics, safety, and customer service from a small in office team.

The role requires practical leadership, maintenance planning expertise, and strong WHSE compliance across site activities, with close collaboration across operations, commercial, and safety stakeholders.
