Our client is currently seeking an experienced People & Culture HR Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate their local Wodonga team

This exciting role will see you partnering closely with their operational leaders to drive performance, engagement, and compliance across a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

About the Role

Partnering with senior leadership, you will be the go‐to advisor for all people matters, driving the capability, culture, and HR systems that underpin operational success.

You will play a critical role in:

- Driving ahigh-performance and accountable culture

- Leadingcomplex employee and industrial relations matters
n
- Strengtheningleadership capability across the site
n
- Ensuringcompliance with enterprise agreements and legislation
n
- Supporting ongoingbusiness transformation and workforce planning

What you'll be doing

n

- Partner with leaders to provideexpert HR and IR advice, including managing complex and escalated employee matters
n
- Leadenterprise agreement interpretation and negotiation cycles
n




- Driveperformance management frameworksand uplift leadership capability
n
- Overseerecruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningactivities
n
- Ensure compliance withemployment legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements
n
- Lead and supportworkplace investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution
n
- Overseetraining and development programsaligned to operational needs
n
- Support and strengthenhealth, safety, and return-to-work programs
n
