The role

n

You'll own our day-to-day social content: shooting short-form video, coming up with ideas, and turning our products and everyday moments into content people actually want to watch. This is a hands‐on, self-starter role, part creative, part camera operator, part planner. If you scroll TikTok and instinctively think "I could make that better," this is for you.

What you'll do

n

- Film and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), product features, unboxings, how-tos, behind-the-scenes, trends
n
- Pitch and run content ideas from concept to post, keeping a steady publishing rhythm
n




- Plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
n
- Write captions and hooks that match each platform's tone
n
- Jump on trends and audio quickly while they're still relevant
n
- Engage with comments and our community, and flag anything support‐related to the right team
n
- Track what's working (views, saves, watch time, follows) and adjust based on the numbers
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- A portfolio or examples of short‐form video you've shot and edited (this matters more than a CV)
n
- Confident with a phone/camera and comfortable being on or behind the camera
n
- Solid editing skills, CapCut, Premiere, or similar
n
- A real feel for what performs on TikTok and Instagram, and why
n
- Organised and reliable enough to hit a posting schedule with minimal oversight
n
- Based in or around Melbourne and able to shoot onsite
n
