Job Description

We are seeking a truly hands-on, battle-tested Senior Project Manager to drive a full-scale, end-to-end cloud ERP implementation. This is a role for a delivery focused leader who rolls up their sleeves and owns the architecture, data streams, and execution mechanics from day one.

The Role As the Lead Project Manager, you will not just sit in governance meetings or track vendor timelines. You will have full ownership of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle. You are the sole driving force behind mapping out the target schemas, orchestrating complex technical integrations, managing the data migration pipeline, and building out a robust data warehousing and reporting ecosystem. You will act as the vital bridge between complex internal engineering streams and executive leadership, steering the organisation through a complete operational overhaul.

The Tech Stack & Environment

- ERP Platform: Transitioning to a ERP suite (setting agnostic, focusing on capability over platform names).

- Data & Integration: Massive data conversion pipelines, ETL architectures, and complex middleware API integrations connecting live transactional platforms.

- Analytics: Robust SQL Server or cloud data warehouses feeding advanced enterprise BI and reporting suites (PowerBI/Tableau).

What You'll Bring

- Full Lifecycle Ownership: A proven track record as the sole or lead PM driving a complete, ground-up ERP implementation.

- Zero Vendor Reliance: Experience delivering an enterprise systems overhaul internally without hiding behind a third-party Systems Integrator or vendor deployment team.

- Technical Data Pedigree: Direct experience managing the highly technical streams of a project, including data conversion, integration architecture, and data warehousing.

- Traditional & Agile Mastery: A robust toolkit spanning structured PM governance framework methodologies alongside sharp situational awareness to pivot when pipeline bottlenecks arise.
