Job Description

La Madonna, located within Next Hotel Melbourne, is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to support our culinary team in a prestigious luxury hotel setting. You will help with basic food prep, maintain sanitary kitchen areas, and ensure crockery and equipment are spotless and ready for service.

In this fast-paced workplace you will lift up to 20 kg, follow HACCP guidelines, and collaborate with chefs across shifts, including nights and weekends.
