Senior Business Transformation Lead - Leading business-side, process improvement - Fed Govt!

One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced Senior Business Transformation Lead to support a major national transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to lead business-side transformation, operational readiness and process improvement activities across a complex multi-stream environment. The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option, based in Barton, ACT with hybrid arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis.

The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:

n

- Leading business-side requirements definition, operational design and process improvement activities
n
- Translating operational policy into business rules, decision frameworks, process maps and implementation artefacts
n
- Facilitating workshops with SMEs, operational leaders, ICT teams and delivery partners
n
- Supporting business readiness, UAT planning,



transition activities and post go-live stabilisation

The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will have experience in the following:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience leading business-side transformation initiatives in complex operational environments
n
- Strong experience in policy-to-operations translation, business requirements definition and business readiness
n
- Proven ability to design operating models and end-to-end processes, including as-is/to-be process mapping
n
- Experience delivering readiness assessments, implementation sequencing, transition planning and hypercare support
n
