Tabak Group is looking for a results-driven Commercial Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team. This is a focused, commercially active role for someone who thrives on converting enquiry, filling vacancies and progressing deals from first contact through to signed lease.

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Operations, Systems & Growth Manager, you will work alongside our Commercial Leasing Coordinator as part of a small, focused team. Your primary responsibility is driving leasing outcomes across the portfolio - managing enquiry, conducting inspections, progressing pipeline opportunities and supporting the end-to-end leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

n

Leasing & Enquiry Management

n

n
- Respond to and manage leasing enquiries across the portfolio with same-day action where possible
n
- Conduct proactive follow-up with prospective tenants to progress opportunities through the pipeline
n
- Coordinate and attend property inspections and leasing appointments
n
- Maintain and manage the leasing process with accurate tracking and conversion reporting
n
- Support lease negotiations and assist with the preparation of leasing documentation and offers to lease
n
- Coordinate lease renewals and support occupancy retention initiatives
n
- Assist with tenant onboarding and occupancy processes
n

Marketing & Vacancy Promotion

n

n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vacancy listings across leasing portals and marketing platforms
n
- Prepare and update leasing boards,



signage and marketing
n
- Maintain vacancy schedules and property information packs
n
- Coordinate photographers and marketing suppliers as required
n

n

CRM, Administration & Reporting

n

n
- Maintain accurate CRM and property records, ensuring data integrity across the leasing pipeline
n
- Update enquiry tracking reports and leasing dashboards
n
- Provide reporting and administrative support to the Operations, Systems & Growth Manager
n

n

Property Management & Administration

n

n
- Answer Tenant queries
n
- Facilitate Maintenance requests including tracking and reporting
n
- Complete Tenant Vacate Inspections and handle Make Good process
n

n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial or industrial property leasing (essential)
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (or working toward)
n
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline - you don't let leads go cold
n
- Commercially minded and results-driven - you are motivated by converting enquiry into signed leases
n
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
n
- Experience with CRM or property management software
n
- Well-presented and professional-you represent the business with confidence
n
