Job Description

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager — TC's/Gaming to lead the bar and gaming operations, driving revenue, promotions, and guest experience. You will manage a high-performing team, work with the Executive Chef, and ensure strict compliance with liquor and gaming regulations.

You will be accountable for budgeted targets, develop marketing and operational plans, and supervise staff across shifts, including nights and weekends.
