We're now seeking a Quality Control and Warranty Coordinator to lead our timber flooring QC and warranty operations — a pivotal role that ensures product integrity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Overall coordination of Embelton Timber Flooring QC process
n
- Ensuring QC checks are completed in line with documented procedures
n
- Creating and maintaining product specifications for imported flooring products
n
- Conducting warranty inspections across Victoria, and managing claims nationally
n
- Coordinating warranty repairs and defect work, including commercial projects
n
- Ensuring installation instructions are accurate and up to date
n
- Supporting product development from a technical and QC perspective
n
- Acting as the internal lead for technical product queries and staff training
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Robust interpersonal skills to work with builders, developers,



suppliers, tradespersons, customers, and internal teams
n
- Ideally, some knowledge of timber flooring products and installation practices
n
- Computer literacy and attention to detail for accurate record‐keeping
n
- Willingness to travel for inspections (primarily within VIC)
n
- A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
n
