Job Description

Australian Vintage is seeking an Export Administration Officer to join our Merbein Packaging Winery. You will coordinate end-to-end administration of export and domestic orders, ensure documentation, approvals, and shipping requirements are met, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Export Manager, you will work with Sales, Production and Winemaking, manage order progress, maintain shipping docs, and support supply chain operations; a full time 38-hour week Monday to Friday.
