After five years of success and a loyal client base, we're expanding our team and looking for a talented Salon Manger / Senior Stylist to help lead our next chapter.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the salon owner to create a calm, skilled and inspiring environment for both client and staff. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance your creative skills behind the chair with leadership and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality colour, cutting and styling services

- Mange daily operations, rosters and product orders
n
- Mentor apprentices and junior stylists
n
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
n
- Support marketing and social media activities
n
- Help grow the salon through creativity and consistency
