About the role

n

MSS Security is seeking a Project Security Officer who holds a current Negative Vetting 1 Clearance to join our team at a high-profile data centre in Melbourne.

n

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Ensure all visitors and contractors remain within authorised areas and maintain line of sight.
n
- Verify and confirm visitor identification prior to granting access to secure areas and maintain visitor logs.
n
- Challenge and report any unauthorised persons, suspicious behaviour or security breaches in accordance with site procedures.
n
- Monitor compliance with security policies and standards.
n
- Coordinate security audits and maintain compliance registers and audit evidence.
n
- Conduct online meetings with the National Account Manager,



the customer and stakeholders.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Must be anAustralian Citizen and hold an NV1 Clearance.
n
- Valid Victorian Security Licence.
n
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
n
- White Card (or willing to obtain).
n
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain).
n
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
n
- Prior experience working on data centre projects, with a strong understanding of data centre security.
