As our business continues to grow across two locations, we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual to join our friendly team based in East Brunswick. About the Position

n

- Full-time position (38 hours per week).
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
n
- Provide knowledgeable advice on health foods and supplements (training provided where required),



working alongside our in-store Naturopath.
n
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
n
- Assist with receiving deliveries and stock rotation.
n
- Maintain the quality and presentation of fresh produce and grocery products.
n
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment.
n
- Assist with merchandising, promotions and new product displays.
n
- Support the team with general day-to-day store operations
n

Required Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Previous retail experience, preferably in health food, organic store, retail wellness or a customer-focused retail environment.
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
- A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
n

Preferred Knowledge

n

n
- A passion for Nutrition, Natural Health and Wellness products.
n
- Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and wholefoods is advantageous but not essential as ongoing training will be provided.
n
- Supportive and friendly team environment.
n
