We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our team in Australia. This position involves overseeing essential earthworks, trenching, utilities, and structures as part of a significant Defence infrastructure project. The role offers a long-term opportunity to contribute to the development of critical airfield infrastructure.

What you'll do

n

- Supervise self‐perform activities related to earthworks, trenching, utilities, and structures.
n
- Ensure the successful delivery of a major Defence infrastructure project while adhering to safety and quality standards.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
n
- Proven track record in managing earthworks and utilities projects.
n




- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
n
- Ability to work in a FIFO roster of 2 weeks on and 1 week off from Perth.
n

n

Nice to have

n

n
- Experience with Defence infrastructure projects.
n
- Familiarity with safety management systems and compliance regulations.
n

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
- Knowledge of relevant construction methodologies and practices.
