Job Description

Krave Electrical, based on the Gold Coast, is seeking a Customer Service / Job Scheduler to join our team in a full-time capacity at Burleigh Heads. You will be the vital link between customers and field teams, handling inquiries, scheduling jobs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The role requires robust communication, organisational skills, and experience with scheduling software; Simpro experience is highly desirable.
