Job Description

Vinova is appointing a Contracts Manager in Melbourne (or Sydney) to become the commercial custodian for a portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will establish contractual governance, support negotiations and ensure projects stay transaction-ready throughout their lifecycle, from development through to financial close.

You will work with Development, Land, Legal, Grid, Finance, and Executive teams to negotiate, track and administer commercial agreements that underpin investment decisions
