About the Role

n

As our Digital & Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, ensuring our brands remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Create high-quality photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
n
- Film and edit engaging short-form videos, reels and promotional content.
n
- Plan and manage a social media content calendar across multiple pharmacy locations.
n
- Develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
n
- Monitor trends and create content that capitalises on current social media opportunities.
n
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
n
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
n
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement.
n
- Work closely with our management team to promote new products, services,



events and store openings.
n
- Visit stores to capture authentic content and showcase our teams and community.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
n
- Highly creative with excellent photography and videography skills.
n
- Experienced with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
n
- Confident creating content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
n
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
n
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
n
- Up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
n
- A solid communicator who enjoys working with people.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Previous experience managing social media for retail, healthcare or lifestyle brands.
n
- Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
n
- Experience running paid Meta or TikTok advertising campaigns.
n
- Photography and content production experience.
n
