We're now looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Specialist to support our national distributor network and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

About the role

n

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you'll be the key point of contact for our national customer base.

n

Working closely with the General Manager and Customer Service team, you'll support customers across phone and email — helping drive sales, solve problems, and deliver a great experience.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n




- Respond to incoming enquiries from retail, trade and industrial customers
n
- Provide product advice and technical guidance across our tool and equipment range
n
- Prepare quotes, check availability, and manage order enquiries
n
- Support sales of specialised equipment from enquiry through to completion
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities
n
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
n

About you

n

You're someone who enjoys working with customers, knows your way around tools (or similar products), and takes pride in delivering great service.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in tools, hardware, industrial or similar product environments
n
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
n
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team
n
- Good computer skills (ERP/CRM experience highly regarded)
n
- A proactive, positive attitude
n

What makes you stand out

- Previous internal sales or trade counter experience
n
- Technical knowledge of tools, machinery or workshop equipment

- Experience supporting B2B customers
