Job Description

GoodPeople HR in Melbourne's south-east is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a Food & Pharma manufacturing context. You will lead a small team of three forklift operators, ensuring accuracy, safety and on-time dispatch.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive inventory control, GMP/HACCP compliance and continuous improvement while staying hands-on when needed.
