PK Fabrication and Welding Pty Ltd – Sydney NSW Full‐time | Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + super

PK Fabrication and Welding Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and installing high‐quality metal components for a range of commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Fabricating structural steel, stainless steel and sheet‐metal components according to drawings and specifications.
n
- Performing MIG, TIG and stick welding to required tolerances.
n
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, cutting lists and workshop plans.
n
- Measuring, marking out, cutting, drilling and preparing materials using workshop tools and machinery.
n
- Assembling and fitting components prior to welding and final finishing.
n
- Conducting onsite installation and fitting of fabricated items when required.
n
- Ensuring all work meets quality,



safety and compliance standards.
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum relevant trade qualification in Metal Fabrication or equivalent.
n
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar metal fabrication role.
n
- Robust welding skills (MIG/TIG/Stick) and experience with structural and stainless steel.
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.
n
- Experience with workshop machinery such as press brake, guillotine, rollers and bandsaw (preferred).
n
