You will mainly be responsible for promoting excellent customer relations and best practice delivery of services for the Production Solutions division (Coil Tubing and Pumping service) at our customer well sites. This position reports to the Service Coordinator and will be offered on a 3/3 FIFO shift roster based at Roma, QLD. Actual work location within Australia can vary based on operational need.

Key responsibilities

- Performing well control calculations before and during job
- Responsible for all post job data
- Ensure a high level of equipment operating efficiency
- Coordinate and directs the activities of supervisors and operators
- Coordinate the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment
- Provide behaviour-based performance coaching, mentoring, and training

About you

- 6+ years' experience in Coiled Tubing
- International Well Control Forum level 4 well control training




- Current HR driving license minimum
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adherence to standard procedures and HSE requirements
- Versatile and able to work in dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Can work well within a team
- Dogging, Forklift and EWP (Desirable)
