The Opportunity

n

We're looking for an experienced Butcher or Retail Store Manager to lead one of our stores.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

n

You'll be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, maintaining outstanding product presentation, achieving sales and margin targets, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

n

We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, and takes pride in building a strong team culture while delivering consistently high standards.

Your Experience

n

Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience as a butcher

n

Proven experience in retail or food-based store management

n





Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team

n

A genuine focus on customer experience and service

n

Confident managing stock, ordering, and minimizing waste

n

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

n

Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
