Australian Network Services PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Carpenter for our client's construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) in Sydney. On a full time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. Title: Carpenter, Full-time position

Salary: A$ 90,000.00 to 98,000.00 plus super

n

Work Location: In person.

Requirements

n

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent

n

Skills

n

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Valid driver's license and own transport (preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

n

Physical stamina and strength. Attention to detail and precision. Good communication and teamwork skills.

n

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

n

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints,



and engineering plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials.

n

Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

Estimate materials, labor, and costs needed for carpentry projects and prepare detailed work plans. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the project specifications are met. Supervise and coordinate with junior carpenters and other workers on the job site.

Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy before final installation or handover. Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after the project completion. Troubleshoot and solve on-site problems quickly to keep projects on schedule.
