Solar Installer Trade Assistant/Labourer – Residential & Commercial Solar

$30–$40 per hour (depending on experience) | Full-Time | Immediate Start

n

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Solar Installer Trade Assistant/ Labourer to join our growing team. We complete a variety of residential and commercial solar installations and are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is keen to build a long-term career in the renewable energy industry.

About the Role:

- Assist with residential and commercial solar installations.
n
- Carry and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.
n
- Work safely at heights and follow all WHS procedures.
n
- Support qualified installers and electricians on site.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional worksite.
n
- Some projects may require working away from home, with overnight stays as required.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

- Robust work ethic and positive attitude.




n
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
n
- White Card (essential).
n
- Working at Heights ticket (preferred but not essential).
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
n
- Previous solar, roofing, or construction experience is an advantage but not essential.
n
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
n
