Increw Group Solutions is a rapidly growing workforce solutions business specialising in labour hire, permanent recruitment, skilled migration and workforce management specialising in the supply of crane operators, riggers and associated skillsets throughout Australia.

As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Mackay. This is more than just another recruitment role — it's an opportunity to become part of a business that is building something significant.

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to placement.
n
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
n
- Advertising vacancies across national platforms.
n
- Proactively sourcing candidates through databases, networking and talent pools.
n
- Conducting interviews, candidate assessments and reference checks.
n
- Managing mobilisation, onboarding and compliance requirements.
n
- Coordinating medicals, licences, qualifications and pre-employment documentation.
n
- Building talent pipelines for shutdowns, projects and permanent recruitment.
n
- Working closely with clients to forecast workforce requirements.
n
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and CRM data.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment,



thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding outcomes. To be successful you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire or talent acquisition. Experience in Cranes, Riggers and associated skillsets is desirable.
n
- Solid relationship-building and business development skills.
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
n
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
n
- Strong computer skills and confidence using recruitment software and Microsoft Office.
n
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
n
- Experience in labour hire mobilisation and workforce compliance (highly regarded).
n
