Graphic Designer (6-Month Temp Contract)

About the Role

n

Are you a hands-on Graphic Designer who can hit the ground running? We are seeking a creative powerhouse to join us for a 6-month temporary contract. In this role, you will provide critical creative support across a broad range of exciting projects. Working closely with our marketing team, you will bring design solutions to life while maintaining our established brand guidelines.

This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site in Craigieburn, 2 days from home) offering a standard 37.5-hour work week with flexible business hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Typical Projects Include:

n

- Developing eye-catching digital campaigns and EDM creation
n
- Designing customer promotion assets and packaging
n
- Creating high-quality brochures and other marketing collateral as required
n
- Fulfilling diverse creative briefs from concept to completion
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Concept Development: Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines, ensuring strong brand consistency across all outputs.
n
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
n
- Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal marketing, sales, and product teams. You will directly support the Saint-Gobain Abrasives marketing team (comprising a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Specialist)



to deliver on key projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

n

n
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
n
- Format Expertise: Proven experience producing a diverse mix of print and digital collateral, with a robust understanding of how to create work that is "fit for format" (print, digital, and packaging).
n
- Work Style: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
n
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
n
- Bonus: Experience using monday.com to manage workflows and team collaboration is highly advantageous.
