About You:

n

Previous experience working in events, hotels, corporate sector, private homes, hospitals or schools

n

Attention to detail and exemplary food presentation standards

n





Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

n

Excellent communication and time management skills

n

A minimum Cert III (or equivalent) for Chef roles

n

The right to work within Australia

n

Police Check or willingness to obtain one

n

n
- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
n
- A valid Blue Card for employment is advantageous for work within school settings
n

n

Uniform:

n

Chefs: traditional long-sleeved white chef jacket (no logos) & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes

n

Kitchen Hands & Catering Assistants:black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and apron, black enclosed safety shoes
