About the Role:

n

As a Cleaning Services Assistant, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace for our residents, staff, and visitors. Working within a residential aged care setting, you'll be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, shared areas, and facilities while upholding high standards of hygiene and infection control.

n

This is a Casual opportunity and requires a reliable team member who is flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends where required.

No two days are the same! As a Cleaning Services Assistant, you will:

n

- Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared living areas in line with infection control standards
n
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lounges, dining rooms, corridors, and staff areas
n
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment according to workplace procedures
n
- Dispose of waste and manage linen in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines
n
- Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality standards
n
