Job Description

Position: Confluent Solution Architect

n

Experience with other Kafka platforms such as Open-source Kafka, Cloudera Kafka, AWS MSK, etc.

n

Solid understanding of Kafka architecture and operational management in enterprise environments.

n

Experience in qualified services or implementation consulting for SaaS products, especially involving data integration, streaming, or enterprise architecture

n

Must Have Skills

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in designing and architecting solutions using Confluent Kafka, with hands-on experience in Confluent Kafka
n
- Ability to lead client engagements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and guide implementation teams
n
- Deep understanding of Kafka internals, KRaft architecture, and Confluent components
n
- Experience with Confluent Cloud, Stream Governance,



Data Lineage, and RBAC
n
- Expertise in stream processing (Apache Flink, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB) and event-driven architecture
n
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala
n
- Proven ability to integrate Kafka with enterprise systems (databases, APIs, microservices)
n
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
n
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (Ansible, CFK)
