What the role looks like

n

n
- True 360 recruitment business development through to delivery
n
- Partnering with SaaS founders, CROs and GTM leaders across ANZ & globally
n




- Managing roles from SDR through to Sales Leadership and Executive hires
n
- Building and scaling your own client portfolio
n
- Contributing to the growth of one of Australia's most trusted GTM brands
n

n

You'll have autonomy over your desk with experienced founders and a high‐performing team around you when you need support.

n

About you

n

n
- 1+ years agency recruitment experience
n
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
n
- Comfortable with business development and commercial conversations
n
- Ambitious, organised and self‐driven
n
- Motivated by growth, impact and uncapped earning potential
n

n

Sales & Marketing or recruitment experience is a bonus but mindset and drive matter more.

- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
