About the Role

n

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Caravan Sales Consultant to join our Queensland dealership team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and the outdoor travel lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assisting customers in choosing the right caravan for their needs
n
- Managing showroom, phone, and online enquiries
n
- Conducting caravan inspections and customer demonstrations
n
- Following up leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
- Working closely with the dealership sales and administration team
n
- Ensuring display caravans and showroom areas are well presented
n
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
n
- Set individual and team KPIs including unit sales, revenue, and conversion rates
n
- Drive dealership revenue through new and used caravan sales
n




- Monitor and improve enquiry-to-sale conversion performance
n
- Oversee customer enquiry management and ensure timely follow-ups
n
- Manage CRM system accuracy, lead tracking, and sales reporting
n
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings with the team
n
- Train, coach, and develop sales consultants on product knowledge and closing techniques
n
- Approve deals, pricing structures, trade-ins, and discount levels within policy
n
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to maximise finance penetration
n
- Resolve escalated customer issues and negotiate complex deals
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous sales experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Motivated, reliable, and professional attitude
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
n
- Experience in caravans, automotive, or RV industry is highly regarded
n
