The Role

Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor and working within the Resident Services Team, this role is focused on providing exceptional front-of-house service, ensuring every interaction with residents and their guests is warm, helpful, and skilled.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver friendly and professional front desk and concierge service

n





Monitor and maintain the presentation of the lobby and common areas

n

Manage incoming and outgoing parcels and mail

n

Coordinate bookings for resident amenities (wellness areas, dining rooms, etc.)

n

Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs

n

Provide local area guidance and lifestyle recommendations

n

Conduct daily inspections of shared spaces and report maintenance issues

n

Escalate any resident concerns to building management as needed

n

Ensure compliance with all building procedures and OC guidelines

n

The successful candidate will have

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

A friendly, polished presence and a proactive approach to service

n

Strong attention to detail and building presentation standards

n

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments

n

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

n

Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

n

Barista or food & beverage experience (advantageous)

n

RSA certification or willingness to obtain

n

Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling resident matters
