The Opportunity

This role embeds you in a fast-growing, well established business, supporting senior stakeholders and a broader legal team in a hands‐on, varied capacity.You'll step into a well established environment with strong support, while owning your space and contributing to a team that values energy, responsiveness, and professionalism. While also being able to draw on the experience of a team of Assistants and law clerks, and assist with overflow.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Managing complex diaries and inbox triage across multiple senior stakeholders
n
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
n
- Supporting team operations including events, meetings, and logistics
n
- Assisting with legal and non legal documentation, filing, and record management
n
- Handling invoicing, expenses, and Amex reconciliation
n




- Maintaining property and legal registers and ensuring data accuracy
n
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
n
- Supporting a dynamic, fast moving team where priorities can shift quickly
n

About You

- Experience supporting a legal team or within a professional services environment
n
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a corporate setting
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow through
n
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
n
- Enjoys supporting multiple people and being at the centre of team operations
