Are you a commercially minded Contract Administrator looking for your next FIFO prospect?

We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a major project in Weipa on a 2:1 FIFO roster through to November 2026. Working alongside an experienced project team, you'll play a key role in cost control, commercial reporting, contract administration and project performance.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the commercial administration of the project, ensuring accurate cost control, contract management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
n You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to monitor budgets, manage contract documentation,



administer variations and provide valuable commercial insights through Power BI reporting.

- Contract administration and document management

- Project cost control, budgeting and forecasting

- Commercial reporting and analysis
n
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
n
- Administer contract variations and progress claims
n
- Procurement and subcontract administration
n
- Support the Project Manager with commercial performance reporting
n

About You

n

You'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or Commercial Administrator within mining, construction or industrial projects
n
- Strong cost control and commercial reporting experience
n
- Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial acumen
n
