An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Data Migration Manager to join a major ERP transformation program following a recent acquisition. This is a business-critical role within a fast-paced migration project, helping deliver the transition from legacy ERP systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Working alongside the program team, business stakeholders and an external implementation partner, you will take ownership of the end-to-end data migration workstream, ensuring migrated data is accurate, validated and trusted by the business ahead of cutover. This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on driving outcomes, managing stakeholders and holding vendors accountable throughout the migration lifecycle.

The Role:

Reporting into the ERP Stream Lead, you will:

n

- Own the end-to-end data migration workstream across a complex ERP migration.
n
- Coordinate multiple migration cycles and data validation activities leading up to cutover.
n
- Work closely with the implementation partner to ensure data quality, completeness and successful migration outcomes.
n
- Challenge and guide vendors on migration approach, data quality issues and remediation activities.
n
- Coordinate business validation and sign-off across multiple functional teams.
n
- Identify data gaps, risks and issues, driving resolution and escalating where required.
n
- Provide regular updates to project leadership, ensuring transparent communication of progress, risks and key decisions.
n




- Build confidence across the business that migrated data is accurate and fit for purpose.

About You:

n

To be successful, you'll bring:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience leading the data workstream on large-scale ERP migration or transformation projects.
n
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration experience (essential).
n
- Previous experience delivering end-to-end data migration projects, including data validation, reconciliation and business sign-off.
n
- A strong understanding of ERP data structures, tables, fields and migration processes.
n
- Experience working alongside implementation partners or system integrators, holding vendors accountable for delivery.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
n
- A proactive, hands‐on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving project environment.

- SAP to Dynamics 365 migration experience.

- Experience supporting acquisition or business integration projects.
n
- Exposure to audit, governance or compliance activities within ERP implementations.
