Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and workplace culture.

- Source, screen and interview candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
n
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking job briefs through to placement and onboarding.
n
- Develop new business opportunities and negotiate terms of business with prospective clients.
n
- Maintain and grow an active pipeline of candidates and clients using our CRM system.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or the staffing industry.
n
- A background in sales, business development or another client-facing role.
n
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
n
- Solid negotiation skills with confidence in overcoming objections and closing opportunities.
n
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
n
- A passion for building long-term relationships and achieving results.
