We are recruiting across Sydney for experienced trainers who are ready to become a Head Coach now—or have the potential to grow into the role.

The opportunity

n

As a Head Coach, you will continue operating your own PT business while working closely with your Regional Fitness Manager to support and develop other trainers.

n

Your focus will include:

n

- Supporting trainers before they commence.
n
- Coaching new trainers through their first 90 days.
n
- Helping with business setup, lead generation and client acquisition.
n
- Conducting regular development and accountability sessions.
n
- Mentoring trainers through business and operational challenges.
n




- Building a professional, positive and high-performing PT culture.
n
- Providing feedback and updates to the Regional Fitness Manager.
n

About you

You are:

- An experienced and commercially minded Personal Trainer.
n
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others.
n
- Professional, organised and dependable.
n
- Confident providing feedback and holding people accountable.
n
- Experienced in lead generation, sales and client retention.
n
- Ready to lead by example.
n

Previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential.

n

Strong trainers who are not yet ready to become a Head Coach may be considered for a development pathway into the role.
