Job Description

An established and highly regarded property development and property management business is seeking an experienced Marketing & Design Specialist to take ownership of its marketing function.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with strong graphic design capability, website management experience and excellent organisational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring all marketing is delivered to a consistently high standard while supporting the sales team through effective lead management, CRM administration and campaign execution.

n

The successful applicant will work closely with directors, sales consultants and external marketing partners to manage the day‐to‐day marketing activities across multiple projects.

n

This position is based in our modern Southport officefive days per week. We believe collaboration, communication and being present with the team are essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

n

Brand, Design & Marketing

n

n
- Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, presentations and sales material.
n
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
n
- Coordinate photography, videography, printing and external creative suppliers.
n
- Produce marketing material for new residential developments from concept through to launch.
n

n

Website Management

n

n
- Build and maintain websites using Duda.
n
- Update website content, imagery and project information.
n
- Create landing pages for new developments.
n
- Coordinate website improvements and technical support with external providers.
n
- Manage HubSpot CRM and ensure all customer data is accurate and maintained.
n
- Monitor and manage incoming sales enquiries.
n
- Allocate and distribute leads to the sales team.
n
- Track sales consultant follow-up activity and workflow compliance.
n
- Build and maintain CRM automations and workflows.
n
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
n




- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and lead reporting.
n

Property Marketing

n

n
- Produce sales collateral and purchaser documentation.
n
- Prepare settlement presentation folders and welcome packs.
n
- Assist with display home marketing and project launches.
n

n

Digital Marketing

n

n
- Coordinate content with external digital marketing agencies.
n
- Review and approve advertising creative.
n
- Monitor campaign performance and reporting.
n

n

Marketing Operations

n

n
- Manage marketing budgets and expenditure.
n
- Coordinate merchandise and promotional material.
n
- Manage Google Reviews and testimonials.
n
- Assist with award submissions and industry memberships.
n

About You

n

You will be an experienced marketing professional who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation.

n

You will have:

n

n
- Proven graphic design experience with a robust portfolio.
n
- Excellent layout, branding and presentation skills.
n
- Website management experience (Duda experience highly regarded).
n
- HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
n
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer databases.
n
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
n
- High attention to detail.
n
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
n
- Experience within the residential property or real estate industry will be highly regarded.
