The role: AO3 Executive Support Officer

Location: Brisbane, QLD, 4000

n

Start Date: ASAP

n

Contract Length: 4 months (with possible extension)

n

Pay: $51.13 - $56.73 p/h (+ Super)

n

Hours: Full time with hybrid model

n

Randstad is proud to be partnering with a State Government client in helping them recruit for an AO3 Executive Assistant

n

Key responsibilities for the role include:

n

- Executive Support: Manage the day-to-day operations for the Executive Director, providing timely, professional, and confidential administrative assistance.
n
- Section Administration: Coordinate procurement of office supplies, manage ICT and building access requests, schedule meetings, and track email correspondence using Microsoft Office.
n
- HR & Operations Support: Assist with payroll and timesheet processing, review recruitment documentation, and collaborate actively with the wider branch administration network.
n
- Team Culture: Drive a positive workplace culture by modeling team values and leading the coordination of team events and activities.
