Job Description

Bupa is seeking an Operations Manager for BupaMedical in Melbourne. You will oversee multi-site performance, lead Practice Managers, and drive profitability, patient satisfaction, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will partner with the National Operations Manager to implement business strategies, manage annual budgets, and monitor KPIs across centres in Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
