The Reality Check (The "Hard Work" Part)
n
Let's be honest up front—this isn't a "stand around holding a clipboard" kind of gig. Lift installation is fun. It is heavy, demanding, and highly technical work.
n
The Pay-Off (The "Rewarding" Part)
n
If you do love a challenge and take pride in your craftsmanship, this is a massive opportunity.
n
n
- Be a Name, Not a Number: You're joining a growing business at the ground floor. Your hard work will actually be noticed, appreciated, and rewarded.
n
nn
- Top-Tier Rates: $40 – $50/hr (depending on what you bring to the table) + Super.
n
- The Best Gear:
We don't cut corners on safety or equipment. You'll be working with premium tools and a team that knows what they're doing.
n
- A Solid Culture: Work hard, get the job done right, and have a laugh while doing it. No micro-management, just mutual respect.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We need someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a stellar work ethic.
n
n
- Experience: Background as a Lift Installer, Mechanical Fitter, Electrician, or a highly reliable Construction Tradesperson.
n
- Tickets & Licenses: Drivers license and White Card are essential. Working at Heights, or any relevant HRW tickets are highly regarded.
n
- The Right Attitude: Someone who looks at a complex technical blueprint and says "yep, I'll figure that out," rather than throwing it in the too-hard basket.
n
- Reliability: You turn up on time, take ownership of your work, and don't need your hand held.
n
n
Ready to Level Up?
n
If you've got the grit to handle the heavy lifting and want to build a genuine career with a growing team, we want to hear from you.
n
Apply now with a brief resume or a summary of your experience. Let's get to work.
n
Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad .
