Location: South Melbourne | Type: Full time | Sector: Rental Property Compliance | Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Please note: this is an in-office role based in South Melbourne.

About the Role

We hire tradespeople and office staff year-round, and we're creating one dedicated role to own it end to end. You'll keep our job ads live, phone-screen every applicant so our trades managers only interview qualified candidates, and run onboarding and offboarding for every starter and leaver. Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Write, post and manage job ads for plumbers/gas fitters, electricians, smoke alarm techs and inspectors - Seek, Indeed and social channels
n
- Phone-screen applicants - licences, location, rates, work rights - and shortlist for our trades managers
n
- Book interviews, confirm and remind candidates, rebook no-shows
n
- Build and maintain a talent pool for each trade
n
- Run onboarding end to end: contracts, police checks, licence verification,



payroll handoff, accounts and kit
n
- Manage offboarding: asset returns, system access, final pay coordination
n

About You

n

n
- 2+ years recruiting blue-collar or trades roles - agency or in-house
n
- Quick, warm and unfazed on the phone - happy making 20+ calls a week
n
- Organised to a fault with compliance paperwork
n
- You know what an A-Grade licence or a VBA gasfitting registration is, or you'll learn fast
n
- Full Australian working rights

$75,000 - $85,000 + super, plus a quarterly bonus tied to filling roles well
